Prior to retaining Patty as a parenting coordinator, I was told that she had a background in psychology. I thought she would be a good fit. I was wrong.

Patty has a Master's degree in social work and she doesn't seem to have the demeanor of a clinical psychologist. I guess I should've done a better job of vetting her qualifications before hiring her.
