Mr. Frank Manners is about building self worth and identifying what drives a person to react in anyway but respectfully and lovingly. He uses your actual conversations, arguments or disagreements and helps you break them down to help change to a more positive and functional way of thinking that betters self and others.

I have been working on my anger and pride for many years and Frank is the first counselor to speak real, understandable language that truly helps identify the way of thinking, not just putting a band aide on to get the a day. It can be life changing if you work with him.
