I had one visit along with my wife to discuss our situation with Joan. On conclusion of that meeting Joan suggested that she meet with Carol in one on one sessions; I was confused and never received a reason for the change to individual session with Carol. With in two weeks of starting her one-on-one session with Joan, all communication broke down, as if Carol we given a gag order. Now, approx 9 weeks into her therapy, my wife of 27 years is filing for divorce I was never given a chance to speak on my behalf in these one-to-one session. How do you profess to help people and repair marriages when the parties involved aren't or can't talk to each other. I'm not saying that Joan is the reason for the divorce, but I don't believe she added anything that would have help save the marriage.
