I am an RN. I say that to say this; there is a certain etiquette and demeanor one should have when interacting with patients especially the pediatric population. Abby should attend in-services or other training that your company provides to establish an effective way to do this. It's not what you say, but the manner and tone in which it is said that determines how one is perceived.

The other young lady whose name I do not know is not polite either. I think it would serve her well to be provided resources also. These two young ladies should not be the first employees that patients or their families encounter.

However, Dr. Scotto is very compassionate and demonstrates this by the way he interacts with the patient. He is passionate about helping his patients get better.
