They do not listen to your problem or pretend to listen and just prescribe a medication according to some flow chart maybe. Starts with non addictive then go on to the stronger Meds. The Counselor are worse, they do not call back unless you call then several times and leave several messages. And they also sound rude when they speak to you over the phone regarding something. Yes that approach will work great with some one with depression.
