This company is ridiculous. Our family was forced to use the company by the court system for supervised parenting time evaluation. They are rude and have no respect for their client's schedules. They are very poor communicators, and even blatently lie about trying to contact you. They just go ahead and schedule a visit for you, and if you are unable to make their chosen date and time, they simply berate and belittle you over the phone, using inappropriate language and displaying a highly unprofessional demeanor. I'm certainly not comfortable sending my children back to this place. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Impact is a scuzzy place in a scuzzy neighborhood. Don't go there unless the court orders you to. It is a warehouse for the addicted, the bipolar, and other dysfunctional people from the very bottom of society. If you want therapy for your child, try a qualified provider like Katherine Okla, Ross Beckley, or Judith Margerum. The walls are scratched, and the furniture is ripped with the stuffing hanging out. I have seen old hairy band aids on the floor. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
