I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Whenever I go, I usually have to remind them why I'm there and what my situation is. They should at least take notes during my appointment or something so I don't have to constantly re-explain myself. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
