They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
