They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I had an emergency recently, and I tried to get a hold of them but couldn't. They eventually called me back, but by then I had already called someone else to help me. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
