I would have given CSI in Biddeford, Maine five stars if not for their office staff issues. They are short staffed and filling multiple roles including scheduling, receiving patients and answering the seemingly endless phone calls. They do their best with what and who they have, they just need more help.

Very horrible services. Meager "professionals" misdiagnosed my case, prompting me to go to a real doctor. They also handle my mother's money and do a very poor job of it. She never gets her allowance checks on time and they never let her have extra money for the holidays. I'm certain this is the case for many others having their money handled by these guys. With all that money sitting in a CSI account and gaining interest, I can see why they are difficult to get your own money from. Stay clear from this unprofessional atmosphere!
