Dirty filthy unsanitary living quarters. Staff is care-less and careless with residents. Bribery is used to achieve residents cooperation to say/do things that staff desires either for self gratification or to cover up problems or when WI Statutes or regulations are broken. Medical orders from doctors are not followed, Diabetics are bribed with candy bars and Coca cola pop to get them to cooperate with staff wishes. Heath of residents is in jeopardy from this ill run facility. Residents with lung disease suffering from very low oxygen levels are allow to go for walks outside alone to smoke cigarettes with O2 levels below 80, sometimes 70 or below. Several residents go weeks or even months until they bath or wash their hair. Hygiene of washing hands when in the kitchen or after using the bathroom is non-existent. Public donations are misused, or used up unwisely by staff, much waste and not with residents best interest or benefit. Beware!!!
