Being at bfnc was plain horrible

I just got out of Hospital and was referred to this Agency. I called for 2 months leaving messages for appt. Woman came and we sat outside and when I asked her what Agency does or if she had a brochure, she stated NO harshly, got hostile because I asked her her name and for a business card and sharply told me that "This session is ending and I am leaving." and never returned again. I called supervisors and managers for another month and finally got a hold of someone and discussed this. They appointed me another person who came to house, told me I could do this and that myself and would not assist me, stood up during the entire appt at house and this is my 3rd appt and we still have not done anything productive. Now I am reaching Homelessness since no one wants Sec. 8 or someone on SSD even though $$$ looks the same and I am now in a Holdover. Waiting for appt today at my house and she is over 25 min late and no call. Office does not know where she is either. Would never recommend this agency to anyone else and our Gov Funds should not Fund this Agency in my opinion. I am Disabled and about to be Homeless and other Agencies would not help me due to already dealing with this Agency. Hopefully no retaliation.
