Ruby Buchsbaum is exactly who I choose to talk with when I have a problem. It's easy to communicate, she's very accepting and non judgmental. I am giving this review because I needed information for a form I'm filling out and noticed an 'anonymous' reviewer rated her a 4/5 and then said they wouldn't recommend her. I found that strange (and probably unintentional) but Ruby has been very helpful to me, if a friend needed a recommendation, I would recommend her and I wanted to give a different opinion for those who may have noticed this as well.
