After eight years of thought, I have decided to leave an anonymous account of a traumatic experience my sisters and I had with this individual in 2012. I was 16 at the time, and my sisters were 13 and 10. We were then trapped in the middle of a very contentious divorce. Our father was very abusive, and despite my repeated warnings to her (and even with him exploding on us in her presence), she refused to believe us and attempted to manipulate and even threaten us into having contact with that man. The situation escalated with every session and eventually grew to have her forcibly removed from the court case and to leave her position in her previous business:

* Several drunken e-mails and messages to my mother and to my primary care physician at Lutheran General, both of which were used as evidence to remove her from the case.
* Threats of forced institutionalization directed towards myself (16) and my two sisters (13 and 10)
* Physical coercion, such as locking my sisters and I in her office, and an instance when she put her hands on my and forced me against the wall when I informed her I would be leaving the session early and waiting in the waiting room. She continued to try and physically drag me back into the office in the presence of witnesses.
* Violation of patient confidentiality: private details of our sessions and my medical records were exchanged with my father's lawyer

She seemed to be under a great amount of stress at that time, but there is absolutely no excuse for behaving that way professionally. I do not think this person should be allowed to have any power over children. Please be careful.

The most important trait of a psychologist is confidentiality, trust and that they have the best interest of your health in mind.
I was going through a nasty divorce and I needed to bring my daughter for counceling and at the beginning Dr. Boho was very professional. She wanted to meet my wife and finally she did.
The next session, she asked me whether my wife was gay, and she proceeded to tell me that she was a lesbian. What did this information had to do with my treatment?
Finally, I can go on and on talking about this but you can figure out where this is going. She dropped me as a patient and then denied in court that I was ever a patient of hers. She also devulged private conversations which I had with her.
This is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and I hope that in writing this I bring to light to the public the behavior of this individual who plays a wonderful role as a caring and loving psychologist to children and adults. Please if you are a client beware......
