In attempting to make an initial appointment with Ms. Bernstein, I felt she came off as harsh, controlling and dismissive. She interrupted and talked over me and insisted that I terminate with whoever I was seeing before I even met with her for an initial consultation! I felt she was a bit of a bully. She takes 3- 4 days to return calls.
