I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. My overall experience with this provider would rank them as the best I've been to. Their staff is warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were definitely available to be reached in an emergency. They returned my call almost immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to be there for me when I need them the most. She helped make my crisis bearable. I will NEVER forget her and her help and knowledge.
