My husband and I went to Jack for marriage counseling. I had placed calls to several providers and he and one other were the only ones to call me back. His appointment times were more convenient, so we choose him. Glad we did because he really helped us out. Also, he didn't push for a lot of appointments and told us when he thought we were at the point of not needing appointments.

My husband saw this psychologist for years, for "depression". My ex husband told Jack Aylward that he had a problem and was inappropriately touching his patients. Unfortunately Dr Jack Aylward did not take this issue seriously, he never reported him, never warned him that he was harming patients, never insisted he go for more intensive treatment. Well, sadly the problem escalated and he ultimately lost his medical license. He is now a convicted felon. My husband also sexually abused our daughter when she was very young. Tragically, this is not uncommon for someone's sexual misconduct to escalate. Apparently Dr Jack Aylward did not know this. I have no faith that this psychologist recognizes his role to intervene with patients who are harming others.
