I waited 1.5 hours for my appointment. When I arrived, there were 8 other people in the waiting room. I found out he had scheduled at least 3 others for the same time slot as me (4:30). One of the people said it's like this every time.

When he finally had time, I had the pleasure of being ignored for the first 5 minutes while he answered the phone, made calls, and typed on his computer. The evaluation consisted of him filling out the form and answering questions for me, "Him: Have you had any serious illness? No. Me: No".

If you have the misfortune of seeing him, you'll walk into an office devoid of any comfortable places to sit. Instead, you'll be ushered to one of two hard, plastic chairs facing a fold up table. The table (and the two side tables) are stacked 2-3 feet high with papers.

If observing HIPPA violations is your thing, you'll be able to look down at the sign in form with all his previous patient's first and last names. This isn't a waiting list (this is in his office). It's a list where you sign to give consent.

Find someone, anyone other than Dr. Kwon. Your primary care physician, though not a psychiatrist, will, undoubtedly be more professional and respectful than Dr. Kwon. It would be hard to be any less.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
