Dr. James focuses her practice on three major facets of healing including the chiropractic adjustment, massage therapy and functional/ medicine. She uses the activator and manual adjustments as her chiropractic tools. She has over 1000 hours of training in massage and myofascial release and uses a variety of techniques to help remove soft tissue restrictions. Her functional medicine practice is based on the idea that digestion is the foundation for health and wellness.
