I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic.

Not only was Monica able to provide everything she promised me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Monica was absolutely amazing. I appreciated that she personalized my massage, instead of just giving me a basic, generic massage. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Monica went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Monica was always very considerate and professional.
