These people are absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was going to be different than any other doctor visit I had ever had. The office is warm and welcoming and all the staff knew who I was and what my concerns were. I have had multiple dental problems for a long time and didn't like the way my teeth looked. Dr Otten was so good about listening to me and what I had done in the past and helping me to figure out what I wanted for my smile in the future. We're now working on a long term plan to get my smile healthy again. Even the initial work that was done looks fabulous. Because of my previous experience I'm usually somewhat apprehensive about my dental care. Not any more! If you need any dental care this is the place to be.

We were skeptical when Dr. Otten's practice was described to us a being 'at a different level', but at the repeated insistence of a friend, we gave Dr. Otten a try. And we were amazed. What we experienced - in terms of the thoroughness and knowledge base - far, far, far surpassed any of the dentistry experiences either my wife or I had previously...none of which were bad in any way. How having children (which was not the case when we initially saw Dr. Otten), he provides dental care to our entire family. If you have any doubts as to what I am (or any of the other reviewers are) writing about, just set-up an initial comprehensive evaluation for yourself and experience his level of service for yourself. I have referred numerous other people to his practice, and every one - particularly those who have needed serious and significant dental work - have thanked me for the recommendation. Dr. Otten really does provide dentistry service at a different level.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
