Services
Whole Health RNs offers an on-site educational 8 week wellness and/or weight loss program throughout the community to groups of 10-15 people. This includes health and wellness assessments, nutrition, fitness, stress management and disease prevention information. This program also offers individual wellness coaching, advice and group support. Throughout this program, people will have the opportunity to transform their body, mind and spirit and learn the tools that will enable them to maintain good health throughout a lifetime.
