They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. This acupuncturist didn't make me feel confident in their abilities to help my pain at all. I won't be returning. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcomed by anyone there. I thought they were quite rude in fact. I showed up on time for my appointment, but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They definitely told me I would see results that I didn't see. They promised me way more than they were actually able to deliver.
