IFC Wellness is an abbreviation for The Center for Individual, Family, and Community Wellness. It is a comprehensive, outpatient mental health center located in Riverside, California. Services Clients seek services with IFC Wellness therapists for the following: ADHD, anger management, eating disorders, loss or grief, parenting skills enhancement, relationship issues, the integration of spirituality into daily life, anxiety, depression, marital and divorce issues, trauma, personality issues, obsessive thinking, gay and lesbian issues, and issues regarding race and culture.

Therapy sessions vary between therapists, but may include the integration of the following theoretical orientations: cognitive-behavioral, family systems, humanistic, play therapy, psychodynamic, and multicultural psychology. IFC Wellness therapists are also trained in testing and assessment and we provide trainings and workshops for schools, community organizations, and businesses.

Our Pregnancy and Postpartum Wellness Programs were created to address the social, emotional, and mental health issues of expectant mothers as they progress through all stages of pregnancy. These services were also developed to address the sensitive emotional issues of women who have experienced a pregnancy loss or the difficulty of trying to become pregnant, without success. We are here to provide psychoeducation and psychological services for all women regarding the various issues that arise before, during, and after pregnancy.
