My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
