We offer treatment with acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, and movement therapy designed to bring your body and spirit back into balance.

Meg Armstrong is a licensed acupuncturist, with extensive training in bodywork, mindfulness-based stress-reduction, and therapeutic movement arts, including t'ai chi and yoga. Through her own experience with movement, meditation, and creative arts, Meg has developed a strong confidence in the ability of our body to restore health when given the opportunity to experience a balanced combination of movement and stillness.

Meg brings creativity and therapeutic skills to her work, with a back-ground in Architecture (M.Arch, UT) and Dance Movement Therapy (MA, Antioch University), with advanced training in several forms of movement and bodywork. She is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts, where she practiced as an expressive arts therapist for 10 years before returning to Austin.

She specializes in pain management, treatment of emotional issues, such as anxiety and depression, and womens health issues - including PMS, menopause, and other menstrual issues as well as treatment for stress reduction, weight loss, allergies, and insomnia.
