I love that Kim makes an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. She will always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. For example, Kim has gone above and beyond by researching books when my pain did not diminish in a few sessions (It turned out my pain originates from a degenerative disc per a neurologist). She educates me on various exercises and instruments to use to help myself between sessions. She also keeps meticulous notes on each session to monitor which massages and even sequence helps with my pain management. My level of pain has gone from wanting to pound my arm with a hammer to intermittent, tolerable pain, and at times, hours and even days with no pain at all! She never complains about anything, and I know I can always count on her. I was amazed by how clean she keeps her establishment. She always conducts herself as a true professional and I know that I'm under the care of an expert. She always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible and has never left me waiting. A session with Kim is not just a simple massage for the period of time you have paid for....she offers so much more!

I first met Kim when she became a member of Aloha Fitness Club. I went to see Kim after thinking that I had re-injured my left Rotator Cuff. However, after she began working on me she discovered that it was my pectorial muscles which were too tight and pulling my shoulder forward. Through very patient and careful manipulation she was able to finally work her way deeply into the muscles and get them to free up. By doing the stretches she recommended I was able to have full use of the arm with a couple of days. I have been to see her several times now. Each time with a different focus. I will continue to use her. She is respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend her to my members and Personal Training Clients.
