They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
