I offer effective, individualized counseling in a caring environment that's safe, comfortable and inviting. I am committed to successfully addressing the wide array of concerns and life stressors that bring my clients to counseling, including depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, and trauma, as well as interpersonal, marital and partner issues.
With degrees in clinical psychology and school psychology, I am licensed as a Psychological Associate and Professional Counselor. I am also a nationally certified psychologist. In addition to counseling adults and adolescents, I have extensive experience in psychological and educational assessments with adults, adolescents and children.

What brings people to counseling? A sense that something's not right. The desire to stop feeling sad, depressed, worried or angry. And the desire to explore issues with an objective listener who has no other agenda than to help do what's right for you. I believe my clients are capable, competent individuals who come to me because life's circumstances have challenged their current ways of coping.
