This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. It would have made me more comfortable before my acupuncture treatment if they were a little more personable. I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me and I didn't have to wait at all. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here.
