They made the extra effort to make sure every question I had was answered. I left feeling like a yoga expert after all they had taught me. I am amazed at how wonderful I feel every time I leave there. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I've already been telling everyone I know what a fantastic time I had. They are one of the most knowledgeable people in the field. Chris is the most friendly, welcoming teacher I've ever met. She is so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better.

I've enjoyed going to Chris's yoga classes for years. She has extensive training and is always sharing new and exciting ways to exercise the body and mind. Her classes will not only challenge you physically but also open your mind to your true potential unlocking your beauty within. High energy, deep cleansing/detoxing, and awesome vinyasa flows is what you'll get when you take her classes. Its nice to have a variety of styles, convenient class times, and extra workshops to choose from at the studio which is open 7 days a week. I love Chis, and Crescent Yoga Studio!
