After completing his Anesthesia training in the world-renowned University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff in the United Kingdom, Dr. Sinha completed his fellowship in clinical anesthesia from Mount Sinai Medical Center. He then worked as an Attending Anesthesiologist and Pain Specialist at the New York University Medical Center in New York City for a year before moving to New Jersey to work in private practice. He was one of the first Anesthesiologists in this country to achieve certification in Pain Management in 1994. After obtaining board certification in pain management, Dr. Sinha founded Garden State Pain Control Center, PA in Clifton, New Jersey. Since then, Garden State Pain Control Center has expanded to offices in Perth Amboy and satellite offices in Middletown, Passaic and Fords.
During the course of his career, Binod Sinha, MD has performed more than 20,000 interventional pain procedures, providing his patients with long-term relief from a variety of chronic pain conditions. He specializes in the management of chronic lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine pain, sciatica, complex regional pain syndrome, failed-back syndrome and atypical facial pain.
Binod Sinha, MD has expertise in nearly every pain procedure, utilizing both fluoroscopy and ultrasound to perform a variety of procedures. He specializes in performing epidurals, radiofrequency ablation, facet blocks, percutaneous disc decompression and spinal cord stimulation.
