Jim Nuegass has been a wonderful asset to our company. Besides his private practice, he also will go out on site to perform corporate massages. He comes to our company once a month and the employees love it. He does 15 minute and 30 minute massages which range from light pressure like a Swedish massage to deep tissue massages. Since he has a nursing and yoga background, he can pinpoint the problem areas which makes the massage better overall. We have had several employees rave about how the stiffness or pain in their necks from staring at the computer all day have really improved and even gone away! I would recommend him because he is really passionate about what he does as well as being good at it. We look forward to another year with Jim doing our corporate massages.

Jim became the "massage guy" for our company wellness program sometime in 2009. Initially I signed up for the 15-minute mid-day stress reliever once a month for the convenience and price, but as time went on I realized that anything less than 30-60 minutes with Jim is just a teaser warm-up.

Jim is very professional and well rounded with a variety of techniques. The most important aspect of therapy with Jim Neugass is the communication during the sessions. He listens, asks questions, and discusses the intensity, depth, frequency and pain levels associated to the various techniques that are offered to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction.

It is also nice that Jim provides education (exercises, stretches, environment, etc.) throughout his sessions to limit or prevent ongoing issues with certain areas and the need for ongoing/regular visits. It shows that Jim is truly interested in the well-being of his clients and not just getting repeat business.

As a manager of the inbound Call Center, I've also booked sessions with Jim for my floor supervisors and quality assurance auditors to show my appreciation for their hard work. They usually come out of their session with Jim feeling the same way I do and say something like "Wow, that was amazing! - I feel like a new man/woman."
