I felt uneasy when the doctor demanded payment up front to replace an old bridge. When removing the old bridge he stuck a drill in my gum which got infected delaying the whole process. Installing the new bridge work he broke my other tooth. Six months of pain and now I'm facing a $10,000 bill to repair his faulty work. I wrote him a letter asking for my money back. I got a short page of legalese about standard of care from him and he's still dunning for the part of costs that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. His staff had me calling the insurance company and relaying info back to them. What a disaster. Choose another dentist.
