I felt very comfortable with Dr Williams, as I had gone to other docs with this problem, by the way, I still have it but Dr Williams will do what she can to help me! She sent me for every kind of test, ultrasounds etc...to make sure there were no problems with my ovaries etc...I have excruciating pain with intercourse and I hope and pray she can find the answers. She talked with me for as long as I needed and didn't rush me off like some docs. U will be very happy with this doc/lady!

She made sure every question I had was answered and involved me in decisions about treatment. She seemed genuinely interested in resolving a chronic problem I have and was willing to try different treatments. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this doctor as she is very professional and understanding. feel a lot more confident and hopeful about resolving my medical problem. The office was easy enough to find.

Absolutely! They always listen carefully to what I have to say!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this urologist without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
