I did not find the automated appointment scheduling process very desirable for this type of servoce. I could never speak with the provider directly and when I did it was so she could re-schedule. The provider did not keep the re-scheduled appt. and I stood for 30 min. waiting outside her office in a coild airlock. I called the office, after hours number and tried texting the aftyer hours number and was unsuccessful at reaching them. I NEVER received a call apologizing for the missed appt. Not even if it were FREE would I attempt to business with this provider again.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
