Your massage therapist will begin by asking your general health questions since there are some conditions for which massage is not appropriate. The therapist will step out of the room to allow you to undress to your level of comfort. You will be completely covered with a sheet to keep your warm and comfortable, exposing only the part of body being massaged. While some clients like to talk, others like to stay quiet. Some even like to sleep. A through full body massage last between 60 to 90 minutes.
