One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I would not recommend this cardiologist, in fact I would tell everyone NOT to go here. Completely unimpressed with them...... SMELLED of ALCOHOL!!!
