Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. A special program is set aside every Wednesday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for welfare patients. This is not a state funded program, however a program designed specifically by Dr Davis. Care is available at no cost or only $10.00 for those that qualify.
