I teach beginners and experienced practitioners through the healing arts of yoga therapy and meditation at Full Circle Yoga in Yorba Linda. I work with students to find relief from pain, balance, and mental peace through breathing, careful alignment, and meditation practices. It is my sincere pleasure to work with people through health and musculoskeletal challenges. I specialize in gentle, therapeutic yoga including prenatal and yoga for seniors.
