Dr. Van Tholen was a really nice doctor! I liked his personality, and he explained things really well. I went to him several times a couple years ago and was happy with the treatment I received. I even visited his massage therapist, Jenny, a few times and LOVED her! The biggest problem with his office is his front desk receptionist, Sheila. I found her to be exceedingly condescending, and frankly I hated calling to make an appointment because I knew she'd answer. I walked out of the massage room one time to hear her gossiping to another patient about something completely inappropriate. When the time came for me to need chiropractic work again, I declined calling there and went somewhere else because I didn't want to have to deal with Sheila. It's a shame that Dr. Van Tholen can't find someone more professional to take over that position.
