I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. He also explained what chiropractics is and how and why it is an excellent way to stay healthy and ahead of any issues in the future. He explained what he found in the x-rays and in the nerve scan and then discussed a plan of action with me. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.He's also really nice to talk to about a lot of different subjects, and my visits were always relaxing for me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their staff is knowledgeable and qualified. I highly recommend Dr. Scott. He is a consummate professional and has improved my health and well-being ten-fold!

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed fairly current and safe. It wasn't state-of-the-art, but it got the job done. After I left my first appointment, I had absolutely no hope they would be able to help me. I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. Not a professional space. In the doctors home. The DC is a fast talker and tries to get you to buy several thousand dollar package before you leave the first time.
