My first empression was that the building was very nice . Secondly the office has a New York type of zin appeal. The receptionist was very nice and personable. I was seen promply and was fit in as my visit was of an urgent one. I was amazed at how considerate and concerned theywere for my well-being. Her advice was wonderful and completely unbiased. I was completely at ease during my appointment there. They went to great lengths to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I would recommend Dr. Coates to all of my friends and intend on having my entire family see her.

I was completely at ease during my appointment at Ridgefield Ophthalmology. Dr. Coates went to great lengths to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I had a great experience and I encourage others to visit. Dr. Coates goes above and beyond to connect with patients and to provide personalized care. The staff is very welcoming and the office is newly renovated and warm and inviting. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time - in fact, Dr. Coates goes out of her way to be available to her patients whether it's on the weekends or during a holiday!
