They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was at the day surgery hospital and the patient was my 83 year old mother. At 83 she isn't very tolerant, patience is very thin, and can sometimes be very critical. You have an Angel working there named Jeri. I was amazed at how quickly she put Mom at ease and treated her with the utmost respect. She instinctively understood Moms problems and with a display of patience I've never seen in a long time of taking Mom to various Doctors made herself understood in a very loving and kind manner that Mom responded to. Needless to say she also treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and just made me feel comfortable with the whole proceedure. I did personally let her know how grateful I was but I wish for her supervisors and peers to know what a wonderful jewel they have in Jeri.
