Scheduled a routine physical a month in advance.. showed up and they lost my file.. waited an hour until my husbands appointment came up. She did not perform physicals, and she just asked us questions about our health.. left with a handful of prescriptions (for muscle relaxers i told her i did not want)... never filled the prescriptions.. got billed for an emergency office visit.. clinic says they billed a regular office visit, which is still not what we made an appointment for. Such a pain. Dont bother wasting your time here.
