They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. I just spent most of 2 weeks sitting doing nothing....staring at the walls...not a place to get any rest at all...at night they open the door to your room and the light is blasted in every 15 min....they come in after you finally fall asleep at night...turn the lights on in the middle of the night to do "safety checks"...told me they were looking to see if anything needed to be repaired...more like a prison sentence.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I used to work there and their staff didn't follow the rules, and their patient neglect nearly cost a suicidal patient her life. I quit after that incident. If you're looking for mental health care, I suggest looking elsewhere; it could mean your life or well being or the life and well being of a loved one.
