HORRIBLE billing system!! If you enjoy long process to fight for your medical bills, go ahead. This hospital can satisfy you for sure. This hospital sneaked in services were not rendered. That's how they make extra money.

The eye surgery unit needs to improve. I was not awake when they marked the correct. eye for surgery. In other hospitals, ! have had eye surgeries in several, I was always awake They did NO pain assessment, I had to tell them about my sciatica and request the extra pillows under my legs to be comfortable. Still no measures were taken by hospital staff to make me more comfortable on the operating table the surgery was very uncomfortable it was hard to hold still at the end. Even when I complained in the middle of surgery, nothing was done to make me more comfortable. The operation was done under local anesthesia and conscious sedation. My leg hurt from my back, hip down my leg to my foot and I could not breath under the drape, and I was very hot.
Also my medical clearance with all my medications and medical history was not given to the surgery care team, they asked my what my medications were, and really did not seem all that interested when I try to remember the dosage and give them the long list. Plus they had a dog trot through the surgery prep area where all the patients were waiting for surgery. The anesthesiologist was not very good or professional. I will not use this DR. again just because the hospital is so bad.
