I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. i went in for a small heart attack from stress and they called me a crack head case and wanted to argue about my ins. even though i have 3 different coverages....NEVER AGAIN
