They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
