The staff is good except their attitudes are not. I also dont think its fair that if your not indian you CANT go back if you cant make it to your six week pp check up and they WONT reschedule it and they WONT see you at all. They should at least be nice enough to let you reschedule the appointment no matter what. I will not go back ever again
II was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I sat and waited for 40 mins for the triage nurse to even call me back and the only reason I was called back then was because my husband had to go hunt her down. Nothing about the visit was treated serously. I had a 1st ever mini stroke and was completely freaked out and all the ER doc did was draw for wbc, Ct, chest xray, and a shot of steroids and sent me home. None of my question were answered and when I tried to state my problems again to the doctor for the 3rd time she then got a rude attitude with both me and my husband.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
Very condescending and cynical staff. I was there for social anxiety and all I wanted was an SSRI to help with anxiety and they acted like I wanted it to get high. I went about 7 or 8 times only one doctor ever really helped me. I since then have bought insurance and am searching for a psychiatrist with experience in social phobia.
